ABOUT THESE CLASSES:

These classes are intended for (but not limited to) both men and women over the age of 50. These sessions offer a range of low impact exercises which are designed to improve strength, fitness, balance and mobility. Our classes are kept to just 6 members to ensure that every person is treated as an individual. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, rest assured that Faye is qualified in older adult fitness & exercise referral, but also works with a fantastic team of professionals who are always there to offer support and advice if needed.

STUDIO CLASSES:

These sessions take place every Thursday from 10:00am-10:50am, located at Washbourne House Therapy Centre in Wroughton. Please bring with you a bottle of water, a sweat towel, and your own fitness mat if you have one (we do have spares).
From August 2022 these classes will be available as a monthly membership, at a cost of £28 per month, or £8 PAYG if there is space available

ONLINE CLASSES:

These sessions are available via zoom on Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:00am for roughly 45 minutes. For these classes you will need a set of dumbbells (I recommend 1kg or 2kg) and a long resistance band (2 metre band if possible)
From August 2022 these classes will be available as a monthly membership for £32 per month or £6 PAYG
