Improve with Age: Strength & Fitness Classes for Adults 50+

Are you looking to stay strong, active, and healthy as you age? Improve with Age is a fitness class tailored specifically for adults over 50, helping you build strength, boost mobility, and improve overall wellbeing โ€” all in a supportive and friendly environment.

Most of our members are between 60 and 80 years old. While our classes welcome everyone, our current group is predominantly female. Whether you prefer joining us in person or from home, we offer flexible options to suit your lifestyle.


In-Person Classes

๐Ÿ“ Location: Washbourne House Therapy Centre, Wroughton
๐Ÿ—“ Days: Monday to Thursday
๐Ÿ•™ Time: 10:00โ€“10:45 am
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Group Size: Small, max 10 participants for personal attention
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿซ Instructors: Faye & Lauren โ€” both fully qualified in older adult fitness. Faye holds an Exercise Referral qualification to support participants with conditions like osteoporosis, arthritis, and asthma.

Pricing:

  • ยฃ36 for 1 class per week (same day weekly) for 4 weeks
  • ยฃ64 for 2 classes per week (same days weekly) for 4 weeks
  • PAYG: ยฃ10 per session
  • Trial session: ยฃ9

Please note: Membership bookings are fixed to set days and cannot be swapped between weeks.


Online Zoom Classes

Enjoy expert-led, guided sessions from the comfort of your home. All you need is an internet connection and a willingness to move!
