AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 2021

TABATA – 30 MINUTES

Every Monday & Friday (0630am & 1200pm) we have ‘Tabata’ – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, 8 minutes – for 3 rounds! This is a high intensity bodyweight class where you will put in maximum effort in every 20 second burst of exercise. It’s the perfect way to start your day! This class may or may not be suitable during pregnancy dependant on the member. Please discuss your pregnancy with Faye prior to participating so that appropriate alternatives can be planned.

WEIGHTS – 30 MINUTES/45 MINUTES

Every Wednesday & Saturday we have our Weights Class (dumbbells or kettlebell) which is a 30 minute class on Wednesdays (0630am & 1200pm) and 45 minute class on Saturdays (0745am). This class is suitable during pregnancy (adaptions may be given for some exercises). Please discuss your pregnancy with Faye prior to participating.

PRE & POST NATAL FITNESS – 45 MINUTES

Faye is a qualified Pre & Post Natal Specialist and can work with women during any stage of pregnancy, or 6-12 weeks post-birth dependant on delivery. The aim of these classes are to provide a gradual return to exercise, developing overall strength & increasing fitness levels. This class will run on Mondays & Fridays at 0930am. You may wish to contact Faye to discuss your suitability for the class before booking. 

IMPROVE WITH AGE – 45 MINUTES 

Faye is also qualified in Older Adult Fitness & Exercise Referral. Our Improve with Age classes are a low impact fitness class aimed at (but not limited to) those who are over 50. Classes run on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 1030am. In this class you will require either a set of weights or a resistance band. This is currently an all female class; however men are more than welcome to join. Members who have previously attended this class have suffered from conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, & joint replacements, and we adapt the exercises to suit each individual. If you are concerned about participating because of a medical condition or injury, please contact Faye to discuss this further.
