Here at FMH Fitness we have a range of classes suitable for almost everyone. These are available both online, and in person.
Are you unsure of how to exercise with weights? Do you want to change your body composition? Is your goal to get stronger? Are you anxious about stepping into the weights section at the gym? If so – these classes are for you!
These classes are available on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1830pm-1915pm, located at Washbourne House Therapy Centre (Wroughton). Each session is £6 per person and limited to just 12 women. Within our Wroughton studio we have access to dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers, resistance bands, sandbags, fitness steps and more! These classes are suitable for all women of any fitness ability.

Improve with Age
Are you an ‘older adult’? Are you looking for a low impact strength and fitness class? Are you recovering from an injury or surgery? Do you wish to exercise, but are unsure of what is suitable due to a medical condition? Look no further!
Our ‘Improve with Age’ classes are recommended for (but not limited to) both men and women over the age of 50. These are low impact strength and fitness classes which are available both online (via zoom), and in studio (Wroughton). To participate in our online sessions from the comfort of your own home, you will require a set of dumbbells and a long resistance band. Our studio classes are limited to just 8 people, to ensure that each persons individual needs are supported.
Faye is qualified in Older Adult Fitness and Exercise Referral, and has been running these classes for over 3 years.
Online Timetable: Mondays and Wednesdays 0900am-0945am
Studio Timetable: Tuesdays & Thursdays 1000am-1050am
Fees: Online Classes £35pcm, Studio Classes £30pcm (one sessions per week), £55 All Inclusive Membership
